At McKeever Design, we take pride in creating custom hand-painted shoes, crafted specifically for each individual order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Policy

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7 per order—one of the most competitive rates in the industry.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location for the most efficient delivery.

Average delivery time: 4 business days from the date of shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Important: McKeever Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
